Under Article 17 (2) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Czechoslovak Trade Union working in the Metallic Industry, it issued a decree amending and supplementing the proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Metallic and Heavy Engineering No. 2 / 1978, issuing a ministerial list of employment for retirement purposes in categories I and II, as amended by FMHTS yields No. 1 / 1979, 3 / 1983, 3 / 1985 and 1 / 1987, and FMHSE yields No. 2 / 1988, 3 / 1988 and 2 / 1990.
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
