amending Decree No. 499 / 2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 62 / 2013 Coll., and Decree No. 169 / 2016 Coll., on determining the scope of the public works contract documentation and the inventory of works, supplies and services with a notice of notice
According to Section 193 of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., and Section 92 (1) of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement:
Amendment of the Order on the scope of the public works contract documentation and the inventory of works, supplies and services with a notice of notice
Decree No. 169 / 2016 Coll., on the determination of the scope of the public works contract documentation and the inventory of works, supplies and services with a notice of notice, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the word "project 'shall be inserted at the beginning of point (a) and the words" Annex 6 to the Order' shall be replaced by the word "Regulations'.
2. in Article 2 (1) (b), the words "Annexes 3, 5, 6 or 9 to the Order" shall be replaced by the words "the Regulations."
3. In Paragraph 2 (1) (c), the words "Annex 8 to the Order 'are replaced by the words" Regulations'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
