on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that, pursuant to Article 17 (4) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and amending certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 3 / 2010 of 29 November 2010, on the prices of regulated services related to the supply of gas, No 4 / 2010 of 30 November 2010 establishing the prices of regulated services related to the supply of electricity to low-voltage customers, including the explanatory message, and No 5 / 2010 of 30 November 2010 of regulated services relating to the supply of electricity to low-voltage customers.
According to Article 17 (7) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decisions in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 1 December 2010, in the amount of 9. The three price decisions are taken on 1 January 2011.
