GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No. 11 / 2002 Coll., determining the appearance and location of security marks and the introduction of signals
The Government orders pursuant to § 133b (2) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll.:
In the Annex to Government Decree No. 11 / 2002 Coll., determining the appearance and location of the security marks and the introduction of the signals, in point 4, "Warning marks', the representation of the symbol" Danger - Explosive Environment 'is replaced by:
The marks corresponding to the pictures available may be manufactured until 31 December 2004; may be used until damage or significant reduction in their legibility, not later than 31 December 2009.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2004.
