GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 November 2001
fixing the additional duty on imports of agricultural products (dextrins and other modified starches) for the calendar year 2001
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 40 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain arrangements for the export or import of products and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws:
(1) For goods covered by the Customs Tariff (1) under subheading 3505 10 10 - Dextrins, the rate of import duty fixed by the Customs Tariff (1) or by the international contract (2) shall be applied plus 26,6.
(2) For goods covered by the Customs Tariff (1) under subheading 3505 10 50 - Esterified and etherified starches, the rate of import duty fixed by the Customs Tariff (1) or by the international contract (2) is applied, plus 17,8.
(3) For goods covered by the Customs Tariff (1) under subheading 3505 10 90 - Other modified starches, the rate of import duty fixed by the Customs Tariff (1) or by the international contract (2) is applied plus 29,6.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the second day following that of its publication.
