In accordance with Paragraph 88 (2) of the Labour Code, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Decree of 26 June 1990 No 3 / 1990 on the period of personal cleansing of miners after work in the underground.
The proceeds shall take effect on the day of the publication in the Collection of Laws and shall adjust the period of time required for the personal cleansing after the completion of the work, which may be counted to miners working underground for working time.
The proceeds can be seen at the Ministry of Economy of the CSFR, the section of fuels and energy, and in all coal industry organisations.
