on the formalities and breakdown of the reports necessary for the processing of system operation reports in the energy sector, including deadlines, scope and rules for the compilation of reports (statistical decree)
Pursuant to Section 98a (2) (m) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree sets out the details and breakdown of the reports necessary for the processing of the reports on the operation of the systems in the energy sector (hereinafter referred to as "the reports'), including the dates, scope and rules for the compilation of the reports.
Rules and deadlines for drawing up and submitting statements
(1) The declaration shall be drawn up and presented to the Office by the licence holder for:
(a) electricity generation;
(b) electricity transmission;
(c) electricity distribution;
(d) gas production;
(e) the transport of gas;
(f) gas distribution;
(g) gas storage;
(h) heat energy generation;
(i) the distribution of heat energy; and
(j) the activities of the market operator.
(2) The licence holder shall submit the statements at the dates indicated for each licence holder in Annex 1 to this Order.
Breakdown, formalities and scope of statements
(1) The breakdown of the statements is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree. The formal and substantive details of the statements for each licence holder are set out in Annexes 2 to 20 to this Decree.
(2) Licence holder
(a) the generation of electricity shall compile reports to the extent specified in Annex 2 to this Decree;
(b) the transmission of electricity shall compile the reports to the extent specified in Annexes 4 and 5 to this Regulation;
(c) the distribution of electricity operating the local distribution system with the export or import of electricity outside the Czech Republic shall compile the statements to the extent specified in Annex 3 to this Decree;
(d) the distribution of electricity operating the local distribution system shall compile the reports to the extent set out in Annex 5 to this Regulation;
(e) the distribution of electricity operating the regional distribution system shall draw up reports to the extent specified in Annexes 3, 5 and 20 to this Regulation;
(f) the production of gas produces reports to the extent specified in Annexes 6 and 18 to this Decree;
(g) the transport of gas shall draw up the reports to the extent specified in Annexes 7, 8, 12 and 19 to this Decree;
(h) the distribution of gas shall compile the reports to the extent specified in Annexes 9 to 12 and 19 to this Decree;
(i) the storage of gas shall draw up statements to the extent specified in Annexes 13 and 14 to this Regulation;
(j) the production of heat energy produces reports to the extent specified in Annex 15 to this Decree;
(k) the distribution of heat energy shall compile statements to the extent specified in Annex 15 to this Decree;
(l) the activities of the market operator shall be drawn up in accordance with Annexes 16 and 17 to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.

In the case of a licence holder for the production of electricity which does not use fuels (in particular photovoltaic power plants, wind power plants and hydropower plants) and has a quantity of electricity produced under the Decree governing the reporting of energy from supported sources (1), the Authority shall use as evidence the processing of quarterly and annual reports on the operation of the energy sector systems by the licence holder under the Ordinance governing the reporting of energy from supported sources from the market operator system.

• the amount of gas transferred from the state sub-accounts of the Czech input-output system to the state sub-accounts of the neighbouring input-output system at the end of each gas day of the previous month
• the amount of gas transferred from the state sub-accounts of the foreign input-output system to the state sub-accounts of the Czech input-output system at the end of each gas day of the previous month
(b) annual dates by 15 May of the following year
• statements according to (a) in the annual version
(c) monthly data during the heating season until the 15th day of the following month
