GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 26 October 2009

amending Government Regulation No 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time charges and the toll rates for use of designated infrastructure, as amended by Government Regulation No 272 / 2007 Coll.

The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (1) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll.:

Čl. I

In Government Decree No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time fees and toll rates for use of designated infrastructure, as amended by Government Decree No. 272 / 2007 Coll., § 2, including the title:

„§ 2

Amount of the time fee

The time charge for the vehicle in the time charging system shall be:

a) za kalendářní rok			1 200 Kč,
b) za 1 měsíc			350 Kč,
c) za 10 dnů			250 Kč.“.

Čl. II

Transitional provision

Coupons showing the payment of a time fee for one month or seven days, which takes place in 2009, are sold by the end of this year at a price equal to the amount of § 2 (b) and (c) of Government Decree No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time fees and the toll rates for use of designated roads, as amended by Government Decree No. 272 / 2007 Coll.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2009, with the exception of the provisions of Article I as regards Article 2 (b) and (c), which shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
