DECLARATION
of 3 August 2006
amending Decree No 275 / 2004 Coll., on quality and health requirements for packaged waters and on how to adapt them
According to Article 19 (1) (a) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 275 / 2004 Coll., on quality and health requirements for packaged waters and their presentation, shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 5 (2) (a):
"(a) the designation of the species of packed natural mineral water in the words referred to in paragraph 1;"
footnote 9 is deleted.
2. In Annex 6, the entries are replaced by the following:
| „Nízký obsah minerálních látek | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek je nižší než 500 mg/l |
| Velmi nízký obsah minerálních látek | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek je nižší než 50 mg/l |
| Bohatá na minerální soli | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek je vyšší než 1500 mg/l“ |
replace by:
| „Nízký obsah minerálních látek | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek (jako odparek při 180 °C) je nižší než 500 mg/l |
| Velmi nízký obsah minerálních látek | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek (jako odparek při 180 °C) je nižší než 50 mg/l |
| Bohatá na minerální soli | Obsah rozpuštěných pevných látek (jako odparek při 180 °C) je vyšší než 1500 mg/l“. |
The labelling of packaged natural mineral waters according to existing legislation may be used until 31 December 2007.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
