DECLARATION
of 9 December 2024
amending Decree No 67 / 2018 Coll., on certain requirements for the system of internal principles, procedures and control measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended
Pursuant to Article 21 (10) of Act No. 253 / 2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended by Act No. 368 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 527 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 107 / 2024 Coll.:
Decree No. 67 / 2018 Coll., on certain requirements for the system of internal principles, procedures and control measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended by Decree No. 235 / 2021 Coll. and Decree No. 108 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (a), the text "15" is inserted after the number "10."
2. In Article 4 (2), the words "and the recommendations', the words" and the Common 'shall be replaced by the words "Common' and the words" Supervisory authorities (5) 'shall be inserted after the words "and the money laundering and terrorist financing body (9)';

"(9) Regulation (EU) 2024 / 1620 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2024 establishing an anti-money laundering and terrorist financing body and amending Regulations (EU) No 1093 / 2010, (EU) No 1094 / 2010 and (EU) No 1095 / 2010.";
3. In Paragraph 7, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (s) is added:
"(s) transfer of virtual assets to or from an unhosted address."
4. In Article 13 (3), the words "and Article 25b (3) 'are inserted after the words" Article 25 (2)'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 30 December 2024.
