GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 October 2008
amending Government Regulation No 508 / 2004 Coll., laying down models of the value designation of members of the Security Corps, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 8 (4) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps:
Government Regulation No. 508 / 2004 Coll., laying down the models for the value designation of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Government Regulation No. 698 / 2004 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 517 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The model of the value designation of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic providing protection for the President of the Czech Republic and protection of the premises in which the President of the Czech Republic resides is listed in Annex 5 to this Regulation."
2. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 1 to Government Decree No 508 / 2004 Coll.
"
3. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 2 to Government Decree No 508 / 2004 Coll.
"
4. The following Annex 5 is added:
"Annex 5 to Government Decree No. 508 / 2004 Coll.
"
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
