ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 8 October 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (b).
Government with effect from 9 October 2020 from 00: 00 until 25 October 2020 until 23: 59
prohibited
1. for all providers of health services, visits to patients in health care establishments where bed care is provided, except:
- the presence of a third party at birth in a health establishment under the conditions laid down in point 2,
- visiting minor patients,
- visits to patients with limited competence,
- visits to hospital and other patients in the terminal stage of incurable illness,
2. for all health service providers, the presence of a third party at birth in a health establishment where the following conditions are not met:
- the third person is the second parent of the child or of a person living with a common household parent,
- the birth will take place in a separate delivery room or box with its own bathroom,
- third-party contact with other parents will be restricted,
- the third person shall be subjected to temperature measurements before entering the delivery room or box,
- the third person has a body temperature below 37.0 ° C and has no symptoms of COVID-19,
- the third person uses the surgical mask as a minimum protection of the airway (the use of improvised or cloth is not sufficient).
3. for all providers of social services in the establishment of homes for seniors and homes with a special regime and for all relief social services in residence form (pursuant to § 49, 50 and 44 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services), visits to users with the exception of:
- minor users of social services,
- users of social services with limited competence,
- users of social services with disabilities,
- users, if their mental or social situation so requires,
- users of social services in the terminal stage of an incurable disease.
