DECLARATION
of 24 June 2004
amending Decree No 371 / 2003 Coll., establishing the 2004 Statistical Survey Programme
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 81 / 2004 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of Article 10 (1) of the Act:
In Decree No 371 / 2003 Coll., establishing the 2004 Statistical Survey Programme, Annex 1, point 110. Intrastat 1 - 12 Monthly declaration of dispatch within the EU and 111. Intrastat 2 - 12 The monthly declaration of acceptance of goods within the EU shall be deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
