DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture
of 6 August 2002
amending Decree No 298 / 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of wine-growing lines and their delimitation, and the list of vine varieties in the various wine-growing regions from which grapes may be produced with added value, as amended by Decree No 228 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 5 (10) of Act No. 115 / 1995 Coll., on Vinohradship and Wine and amending certain related legislation, as amended by Act No. 216 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of vineyards and their delimitation, and the list of vine varieties in each wine-growing region from which grapes may be produced with added value, as amended by Decree No 228 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the words "and the list of vine varieties in the various wine-growing regions from which grapes may be produced with the addition 'are deleted.
2. In paragraphs 1 and 2, the words "No 1 'are deleted.
Article 3 is deleted;
3. The designation of Annex No 1 is as follows: "Annex to Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll."
4. The following line shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "1.

5. The following row shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "4.

7. The following rows shall be added at the end of the Annex to Table "6.

25. In the Annex to the table "16. The wine-growing region of Podluží" for the wine-growing community "9. Moravská Nová Ves" the column "Name of the vineyard line" reads:

26. Annex No 2 is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
