DECLARATION
of 28 July 2006
amending Decree No. 424 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 90 (2) (e) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the performance of non-medical medical professions and for the performance of activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on non-medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 125 / 2005 Coll.:
Decree No. 424 / 2004 Coll., laying down the activities of health professionals and other professionals, is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 19 (1), the words "and serving them" shall be inserted after the word "apparatus."
2. in Paragraph 19 (1) (a), including footnote 13a:
"(a) checks medical devices, maintains their reporting, organises and coordinates technical services related to the operation of medical technicians, and, if they meet the qualification conditions laid down in special legislation13a, corrects medical devices;
13a) Decree No. 50 / 1978 Coll., on competence in electrical engineering, as amended by Decree No. 98 / 1982 Coll. '
3. In the first sentence of Article 19 (2), the words "if it can directly affect their health 'are replaced by the words" and serve them if it can directly affect patients'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
