DECLARATION
of 23 June 2004
amending Decree No. 474 / 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., laying down requirements for fertilisers
According to Articles 3 (5) and 16 (a) and (b) of Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., on fertilizers, soil aids, auxiliary plant products and substrates and on agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (Fertilizer Act), as amended by Act No. 308 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 474 / 2000 Coll., laying down requirements for fertilisers, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, point 2, for zinc, the following entries "4) 'and" 5' are added after the heading "300 ':
"(4) 400 mg / kg for manure.
5) 500 mg / kg for industrial compost using sewage sludge. '
2. In Annex 3, in the tabular part of the headings of types 17.1.1 to 17.2.2, in column 7, the words "type B cannot be used for the pneumatic spreading of motor vehicles' are deleted.
3. In Annex 3, the following point (e) is added to the table below:
| „e) 25 % spalitelných látek 0,6 % N | spalitelné látky celkový dusík | spalitelné látky v sušině hodnocené jako ztráta žíháním; dusík hodnocený jako celkový dusík v sušině; | Zejména ze statkových hnojiv anaerobní fermentací | maximální dávka 30t/ha nejvýše jednou za 3 roky“. |
4. In Annex 3, in the table part of the heading of type 18.2 in column 5, the words "on dry matter 'are added after the words" total nitrogen'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2004.
