DECLARATION
of 19 November 2003
amending Decree No 243 / 2001 Coll., on vehicle registration, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 4 (7), § 5 (3), § 7 (2) and (4) and § 79 (5) of the Act:
Decree No. 243 / 2001 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, as amended by Decree No. 496 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 98 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (a), the words "the label on registration mark verification and" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 2, point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) to (j) shall be renumbered (b) to (i).
3. Paragraph 24, paragraphs 7, 8 and 11 are deleted.
Paragraphs 9 and 10 shall become paragraphs 7 and 8.
4. Paragraph 28 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The registration plate shall be placed by the owner or the vehicle operator in a place designated by the vehicle design solution so that it is not lost during normal road traffic. ';
5. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 1 to Decree No 243 / 2001 Coll.
Application for registration of a vehicle in a road vehicle register
6. Annex 3 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 3 to Decree No 243 / 2001 Coll.
Application for registration of changes to the data in the road vehicle register
7. Annex No 14 - Model of registration plate verification sticker - is deleted.
Transitional provision
Forms produced before the entry into force of this Order may be used by 31 December 2004 at the latest, provided that the amendments resulting from the adaptation of Annexes 1 and 3 are indicated.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2003.
