DECLARATION
of 4 November 2009
amending Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to Section 71 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 12, the words "fields of education and 'shall be inserted at the beginning of point (a).
2. In Section 12, at the end of the text in point (g), the words "and to ensure hygienic conditions in practical teaching 'are added.
3. in Article 12 (h):
"(h) the conditions of cooperation of the authorised staff of a legal person engaged in the activities of a school and of an authorised staff of a natural or legal person in the organisation and management of practical instruction at the workplace of natural or legal persons and the requirements for the exercise of the duties of authorised staff of that natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the" instructor ")."
4. In Paragraph 12, the dot at the end of point (h) is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is added:
"(i) a cost-reimbursement arrangement which can be demonstrated and necessarily incurred by another natural or legal person solely for the purpose of carrying out practical teaching at his place of work."
5. Paragraph 13 (6) reads as follows:
"(6) Vocational training carried out at a school or school establishment shall be carried out by a vocational training teacher. The training of pupils at the workplace of natural or legal persons shall be carried out for the management and supervision of instructors. The instructor shall simultaneously lead not more than 6 pupils. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
