repealing Decree No. 391 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 33 (6) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and amending and supplementing certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 149 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 391 / 2003 Coll., laying down the details of the marking, measurement and classification of timber, is repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2008.
