GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 August 2002
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 1997 Coll., laying down the degree of teaching obligations of teachers and the level of educational work of other teaching staff in education, as amended by Government Regulation No. 153 / 1999 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Article 23 (1) (g) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:

Government Regulation No. 68 / 1997 Coll., laying down the degree of teaching obligations of teachers and the level of educational work of other teaching staff in education, as amended by Government Decree No. 153 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3 (4), including footnote (5a):
"(4) The scope of the direct teaching or educational activity as required by the school or educational establishment shall be determined by the Director of the school or educational establishment.
(a) Chief Master of Vocational Education and Deputy Director for Practical Teaching, but not more than an average of 7 hours per week for the school period, 5a)
(b) teachers of a specifically educational centre;
(c) to the teaching staff of the Centre for the Leisure of Children and Youth, by the management of at least three interest services of the school establishment.
(5a) Article 2 of Decree No. 362 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation of the school year in primary schools, secondary schools and special schools, as amended by Decree No. 99 / 2002 Coll. '
2. In Article 3, the following paragraph 8 is inserted after paragraph 7:
"(8) The teacher of the subject of motor vehicle driving in practical training in secondary schools shall be determined by the level of direct teaching activity in the range of 30 to 35 hours per week. '
Paragraphs 8 to 14 shall become paragraphs 9 to 15.
3. In Article 3, the following paragraph 11 is inserted after paragraph 10:
"(11) Teachers - Information and Communication Technologies Methodology is reducing the level of direct teaching activity with a number of pupils
(a) up to 50 by 1 hour per week,
(b) up to 150 by 2 hours per week,
(c) up to 300 by 3 hours a week;
(d) up to 500 by 4 hours a week;
(e) over 500 by 5 hours a week. "
Paragraphs 11 to 15 shall be renumbered paragraphs 12 to 16.
4. Paragraph 3 (12) reads as follows:
"(12) If more than one teacher is entrusted with the function of the ICT methodology or educational adviser, each of them shall be reduced by the extent of direct teaching activity according to the relative number of pupils per ICT methodology or educational adviser. ';
5. In Article 3, the following paragraphs 13 to 15 are inserted after paragraph 12:
"(13) A pedagogical staff member who is not appointed as Deputy Director but who manages a school, preschool or school establishment which is part of a legal person may reduce the degree of direct teaching or educational activity up to the level laid down for the school director, preschool or educational establishment he manages.
(14) Representatives of the Director or of another pedagogical staff who represent the Director in full for a period of more than 4 weeks shall, from the beginning of the fifth week, be entitled to direct teaching or educational activities to the extent specified for the Director.
(15) A pedagogical worker who represents the Deputy Director in full for a period of more than 4 weeks shall be entitled, from the beginning of the fifth week, to the degree of direct teaching or educational activity to the extent specified for the Deputy Director. "
Paragraphs 13 to 16 shall be renumbered paragraphs 16 to 19.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
