of 3 February 2010
amending Decree No 273 / 2005 Coll., on the model form for the submission of the annual financial report by political parties and political movements to the Chamber of Deputies
According to Article 18 (4) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 556 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 273 / 2005 Coll., on the model form for the submission of the Annual Financial Report by political parties and political movements to the Chamber of Deputies, is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, in the model form, the words "declaration of bankruptcy on her property at... 'are replaced by the words" insolvency proceedings on her / her property at...'.
2. In the Annex, in the model form in Part IV of the First and Second Gifts from Natural Persons, the name of the second column is: "Date of birth of the donor '.
3. In the Annex, in the model form in Part IV of the First and Second Gifts from Natural Persons, the name of the third column is: "Address of the donor's whereabouts."
4. In the Annex, the title of the second column of the table in Part VI of the form shall read "Date of birth of a member of the political party / political movement '.
5. In the Annex, the title of the third column of the table in Part VI of the form model reads: "Address of the whereabouts of a member of the political party / political movement '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
