DECLARATION
of 6 January 2005
amending Decree No 175 / 2004 Coll., laying down details on the circulation of seeds and propagating plants
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Articles 3 (10) and 19 (13) (c) and (f) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., for the marketing of seed and planting plants and for the amendment of certain laws (the Act on the circulation of seed and seed) (hereinafter referred to as the Act):
Decree No 175 / 2004 Coll., laying down the details of the marketing of seed and planting plants, shall be amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the words "Commission Directive 2004 / 55 / EC of 20 April 2004 amending Council Directive 66 / 401 / EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed shall be added."
2. In Paragraph 14 (9), the dot at the end of point (l) is replaced by a comma and the following point (m) is added, including footnote 5:
"(m) in the case of propagating material of varieties x Festulolium 5) (hybrid from the crossing of the species of the fescue genus with the species of the aubergine species [Festuca spp. x Lolium spp.]), the indication of the species names within the families Festuca and Lolium from which the variety in question originates.
5) Annex 1 to the Act. '.
3. In Annex No 1, Part IV, Section 5, in Table 5, the fourth number "85 'is replaced by the number" 80' for the bean species in column 4.
4. In Annex 1, Part VII, Section 4, Table 4.3 reads as follows:
