DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 22 March 1989
on the issue of commemorative silver storeys for the 50th anniversary of the events of 17 November 1939
Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on Money Reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins, in an agreement with the State Bank of Czechoslovakia declares:
(1) On the 50th anniversary of the events of 17 November 1939, commemorative silver hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Hunting from an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the stocron is 13 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 31 mm, the edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the Stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and around it in an unclosed copy is the name of the state "CZECHOSLOVAK SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC." Under the national emblem, the value "100 CZK" is in two rows.
(2) The damaged seal of the Charles University is shown on the back of barbed wire. In the upper part is the inscription "17. November 1939-1989."
(3) The author of the proposal is academic sculptor Jan Branda. The initials of his name "JB" are on the reverse in the middle of the mine.
This Decree shall take effect on 3 April 1989.
