DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Communications
of 6 April 1988
supplementing the Federal Ministry of Communications Decree No. 108 / 1982 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Communications in agreement with the competent central authorities pursuant to § 3 (5) and § 22 of Act No. 110 / 1964 Coll., on Telecommunications provides:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Communications No. 108 / 1982 Coll., which publishes the Telephone Regulations, is added as follows:
1. The following Section 29a is inserted after Paragraph 29:
Resistance participants' stations
(1) Stations for resistance participants and survivors (SPB stations) are established on the basis of a telephone application recommended by the District (District, City) Committee of the Czech Union of Anti-Fascist Warriors or the Slovak Association of Anti-Fascist Warriors.
(2) For the purposes of this decree, participants in and survivors of the resistance are:
(a) members of the Resistance who receive an old-age, disabled pension for years, personal, social or widow's service and hold a certificate of the Ministry of National Defence under Act No. 255 / 1946 Coll., on members of the Czechoslovak army abroad and of certain other participants in the national struggle for liberation, or hold a certificate of the Ministry of National Defence on participation in the First or 2nd Resistance;
(b) widows of participants in the resistance who were already married to them at the time of the resistance of their spouse, unless they remarried or live in the same household as the species.
(3) A participant of a SPB station shall demonstrate, at the request of the relevant organization of connections, that the conditions for leaving the telephone station with this character remain.
(4) The rates for the establishment, transfer and use of SPB stations are shown in the schedule. "
2. the following points (i) and (j) shall be added to Article 34 (1):
"(i) the conversion of a fully paid station into a SPB station,
(j) the conversion of the SPB station into a fully paid station. ';
3. In the second sentence of Article 34 (3), "a 'is replaced by" comma and after point (g) is inserted "a' and" i) 'and in the third sentence the words "or (j)' are inserted after point (h).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1988.
