DECLARATION
Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 6 June 1966
on the designation of local jurisdiction for economic disputes concerning certain establishments (organisational units) of socialist organisations
The main arbitrator of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 19 (b) of Act No. 121 / 1962 Coll., on Economic Arbitration:
The local jurisdiction of the county state arbitrage shall be governed by the headquarters of the fissile plant of the organisation against which the arbitrage application is made concerning that fissile plant.
1. If the organisation so agrees, the local jurisdiction of the regional State arbitrage shall be governed by the place where the management of the establishment or other organisational body (hereinafter referred to as the "establishment ') of the organisation against which the arbitration request concerning the establishment is directed. Such an agreement may apply to an individual dispute or also to disputes of a particular kind, or to any dispute concerning the events involved.
2. The applicant shall indicate in the arbitration request that the jurisdiction of the regional State arbitration for the decision of the dispute is in line with the agreement concluded.
3. The withdrawal of an agreement by any organisation is only effective if the arbitration request has not yet been sent to the regional State arbitration.
This decree does not apply to arbitration disputes in which arbitration proceedings were initiated before the beginning of its effectiveness.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1966.
