DECLARATION
Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 8 April 1965
on the designation of the company "Art Center, Czechoslovak Centre of Fine Arts" for export and import of certain works of Fine Arts
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Culture pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1 and 2 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
The "Art Centre, the Czechoslovak Centre for Fine Arts' (hereinafter referred to as" the enterprise '), established by the Minister for Education and Culture under the instruments of incorporation of 10 December 1964 and the addendum thereto of 25 February 1965, is intended for the exclusive implementation of:
(a) export of original works of art (painting, sculpture and graphic) of the twentieth century;
(b) imports of original works of art (painting, sculpture and graphic) without limitation of the time of origin, but only for Czechoslovak museums and galleries;
(c) export and import of original works of art of the twentieth century other than those referred to in (a), in only five pieces or sets.
To the extent set out in Section 1, the exclusive authorisation of Artie, a foreign trade undertaking for the import and export of cultural goods, provided for in the Foreign Trade Minister's Order of 18 September 1953 No 300 Ú. l.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
