THE LAW
of 9 April 1960
on the implementation of a new territorial organisation of courts
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) A new territorial organisation of the courts is implemented in accordance with the Act on the Territorial Classification of the State.
(2) Judges and judges of the people of the People's Courts and the Regional Courts are entitled to perform their duties in courts other than those for which they were elected. In order to carry out these functions, the consent of the District (Regional) National Committee, in whose seat is the People's Court, established under the new territorial organisation of the courts, is required.
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Justice.
