Regulation of the Minister for Interior
of 12 July 1957
on the external designation of the Border Guard helpers.
The Minister of Interior hereby orders, pursuant to § 15 (3) of Act No. 286 / 1948 Coll., on National Security:
§ 1
(1) Citizens of border areas who volunteer to ensure protection and order at national borders may be called as border guards.
(2) In the course of the service they are marked with a green tape of 90 mm wide, on which is printed in black the inscription "Border Guard Helper." The letters of the inscription are 20 mm high and 4 mm wide.
(3) The tape is worn on the left back-up.
(4) In addition, border guards shall be provided with a green "Border Guard Helper" card, with a photo size of 4 x 4 cm and a printed round stamp of the Border Guard Service issuing the card.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
