of 26 February 1946
on the division of "State forests and goods'.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Act of 18 December 1922, No. 404 Coll., on the regulation of the management of state establishments, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks:
(1) The company "State forests and goods" is separated from its Slovak part, which is divided into two separate undertakings, managed according to the principles of business management, with names:
(a) State goods; and
(b) "State forests."
(2) This amends and complements the provisions of Section 1 of the Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the Management of State establishments, institutes and establishments which are not to perform administrative tasks in excess.
The division between the two undertakings referred to in Paragraph 1 (1) shall be carried out as follows:
(a) The "State goods" consist of semi-economic goods and associated facilities, belonging to the management of public goods in Holich, Petrová Vsi, Spacčiny, Alexšinka, Pustá Fedoumech, Petrushi in Viglaš and Hajník in Viglaš, and all buildings belonging to the economic administration in Orava Podzlách, as well as all other semi-economic goods and associated facilities, which belonged to the "State forests and goods" company before 6 October 1938 in Slovakia, unless they were properly disposed of after that date.
(b) The "State Forests" company consists of all other assets and associated plants and equipment of the Slovak part of the "State Forests" company.
The Staff Regulations applicable to "State forests and goods' shall also apply to employees of" State goods' and "State forests'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Ministers for Agriculture and Finance.
