implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of 19 June 1945, No. 17 Coll., on the National Court.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders the President of the Republic of 19 June 1945, No. 17 Coll., on the National Court:
(1) Following his appointment by the Government pursuant to § 6, paragraph 2, third sentence of the President of the Republic No. 17 / 1945, the Deputy National Court of First Instance shall take the following oath once and for all: "I promise in my honour and conscience that I will follow the law in my decision, that I will vote on my best conscience and conviction, and that I will maintain strict secrecy about the content of the deliberations and the vote of the court."
(2) A record of the composition of the promise referred to in paragraph 1 shall either be drawn up, signed by the notary of the court or his deputy, in whose hands the promise has been made, and of the promise.
(1) It is for the acceding national court, which has carried out its duty, if they do not reside at the meeting of the national court, the reimbursement of travel and the reimbursement of bed and board for a maximum of 80 K per day.
(2) An associate of the National Court who is dependent on salary paid on a daily or weekly basis, or who are retailers and the exercise of a judicial office, will suffer a demonstrable damage to that earnings, shall receive, without regard to their residence for each day, compensation for lost earnings up to 100 K.
The required office staff will be assigned to the National Court by the Supreme Court in Prague, which will also provide the necessary rooms for the main trial and prison.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice.
