The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service:
Civil servants are serving in the "Organisational matters of service and administration of professional and labour relations'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
