GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 November 2011
amending Government Regulation No 467 / 2009 Coll., laying down for the purposes of the Criminal Code what is considered to be poisons and what is greater than small for narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, preparations containing and poisons
The Government mandates pursuant to § 289 (2) of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code:
Government Regulation No 467 / 2009 Coll., establishing, for the purposes of the Criminal Code, what is considered as poisons and what is greater than the small amount for narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, preparations containing them and poisons is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, the following row is inserted under the entry "Aziridine; ethyleneimine ':

2. In Annex 1, the words "and its salts' are deleted.
3. In Annex No 1, the following row is inserted under the entry "Bromoxynil (ISO); 3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxybenzonitrile ':

7. In Annex 1, the entry "Guazatin; 1,1 '- [iminodi (octane-8,1-diyl)] guanidine' is inserted after the word" Guazatin '.
8. In Annex No 1, the following row is inserted under the entry "Guazatin (ISO); 1,1 '- [iminodi (octane-8,1-diyl)] guanidine':

9. In Annex No 1, the entry "Mipafox; N, N '-diisopropyl phosphorodiamide fluoride' is inserted after the word" Mipafox '.
10. In Annex No 1, under the heading "Oxamyl; {[2- dimethylamino1- (methylsulfanyl) -2-oxoethiliden] iminyl} -N-methylcarbamate ', the text" (ISO)' is inserted after the word "Oxamyl '.
11. in Annex 1, the entry for "Paraquat-dimethylsulphate; 1,1 '-dimethyl-4,4' -bipyridin-1,1 '-diium-bis (methylsulphate)' in the column for" EC number "is replaced by" 218- 196-3 ";
12. In Annex No 1, the entry "Scopolamine; (6,7-epoxy-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1] octane-3-yl) -2-phenyl-3-hydroxypropanoate 'is inserted after the word" Scopolamine;'.
13. in Annex No 1, the entry "Thiophanox; 3,3-dimethyl-1- (methylsulfanyl) butane-2-one-O- (N-methylcarbamoyl) oxime 'is inserted after the word" Thiophanox';
14. In Annex 1, the row "Tricyclohexyl (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) stannan; 1- (tri- cyclohexylstannyl) -1H-1,2,4-triazole; azocyclotin 'is deleted.
15. In the title of Annex No 2, after the word "containing 'the word' and 'is deleted.
16. In Annex No 2, under the heading "DOB, Brolamfetamine ', the text in the column" quantity greater than small' reads "more than 4 paper / tablets / capsules / pieces of gelatin or more than 0,01 g crystalline or powdered substance containing the active substance '.
17. In Annex No 2, under the heading "DOB, Brolamfetamine ', in the column" smallest quantity of active psychotropic substance which must contain a substance labelled as a drug in order to consider its quantity to be greater than small', the number "0,015 'is replaced by" 0,01'.
18. in Annex No 2, the words "Mescaline 'in the column" active psychotropic substance' are deleted;
