The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll.:
Repeal of Decree No. 200 / 2003 Coll.
Decree No 200 / 2003 Coll., on animal health requirements for egg products, is repealed.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
