GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 December 2003
amending Government Decree No. 185 / 2000 Coll., laying down products which can be imported into or exported from the Czech Republic only on the basis of a licence pursuant to Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain export or import measures and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 76 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures for the export or import of products and on licensing and on the amendment of certain laws:
In Annex No. 2, Part IV - Precious metals, to the Decree of the Government No. 185 / 2000 Coll., laying down products which may be imported into or exported from the Czech Republic on the basis of a licence pursuant to Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures for the export or import of products and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 481 / 2001 Coll., the text of heading 7102 and its designation is replaced by the following:
"7102 29 00 Other industrial diamonds, whether or not worked but not mounted or set
7102 39 00 Other diamonds, other than industrial diamonds, whether or not worked but not mounted or set '.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
