amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 102 / 1995 Coll., on the approval of the technical competence and technical conditions for the operation of road vehicles, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 299 / 1996 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides, pursuant to Section 16 of Act No. 38 / 1995 Coll., on technical conditions of road traffic of road vehicles:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 102 / 1995 Coll., on the approval of the technical competence and technical conditions of road traffic, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 299 / 1996 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 71 (2), "1 July 1998 'is replaced by" 1 July 2000'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1998.
