DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 4 January 1995
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of the higher degree concluded on 22 July 1994 between the Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Textile, Clothing, Leather Industry (1) is binding on the employers listed in the Annex, which is part of this decree as from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
