repealing Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 40 / 1965 Coll., on the designation of the company "Art Center, Czechoslovak Centre of Fine Arts" for export and import of certain works of Fine Arts
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
The Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 40 / 1965 Coll., on the designation of the company "Art Center, Czechoslovak Centre of Fine Arts" for export and import of certain works of Fine Arts is hereby repealed. 1)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) The new subject of the business of the foreign trade Art Center, Czechoslovak Centre of Fine Arts, was established by the Foreign Trade Minister by decision of 29 December 1983.
