Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic

amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 72 / 1971 Coll., on health professionals and other health professionals
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and with the other participating central bodies pursuant to Sections 54 (1) and 58 (2) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
Čl. I
Decree No 72 / 1971 Coll., on health professionals and other health professionals, is amended as follows:
1.
„§ 24
Specialization 1st and 2nd degree
(1) Physicians can obtain first degree specialization in general medicine.
(2) Grade I and II specialization may be obtained by physicians in the following fields:
internal medicine
Paediatric
gyno and obstetrics
Surgery
urology
orthopaedic surgery
Neurology
psychiatric
dermatoserology
dentistry
otorinolaryngology
ophthalmology
Radiodiagnostic
radiotherapy
pathological anatomy
Medical Microbiology
hygiene and epidemiology
anaesthesia and resuscitation
clinical biochemistry '.
2. Paragraph 25 shall be added after the field of hygiene and epidemiology as follows:
"General medicine
hygiene of work and occupational disease
adult medicine '.
Article 3 (27) reads:
„§ 27
Preparation for the performance of the function of the perimeter physician
(1) The function of the district physician may be performed by doctors who have acquired a degree I specialisation in general medicine with the designation "General medicine expert."
(2) Physicians who have acquired first degree specialisation in one of the fields referred to in Section 24 (2) and perform the function of district physician on the date of the entry into force of this Ordinance may, within 5 years of that date, qualify for this function under the existing regulations. "
4. The following Section 56a is inserted after Section 56:
„§ 56a
Physicians who have acquired competence to perform the function of district physician according to existing regulations have a degree I specialisation in general medicine. '
Čl. II
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1978.
