DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 24 January 1973
on the transfer of part of the subject-matter of the activities of Omnipol, of a foreign trade undertaking to Mercury, of a foreign trade undertaking
The Minister of Foreign Trade provides in agreement with the Minister of Finance of the CSSR pursuant to § 2 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing, and § 38 (1) (b) of the Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries:
(1) Paragraph 3 (1) of Decree No 69 / 1959 of the Minister for Foreign Trade of the Czech Republic on the establishment of the company Omnipol, the foreign trade undertaking for the export and import of sports and hunting weapons and ammunition to them, as well as sports and civil aircraft, is amended by excluding them from the scope of the activity of sports and hunting weapons and ammunition to them.
(2) Paragraph 2 (1) of Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 150 / 1965 Coll., on the establishment of Mercury, the Foreign Trade Company, is amended by extending the scope of the activity to sport and hunting weapons and ammunition to them, including industrial pyrotechnic articles with accessories (detonators, safety pliers, detectors, etc.).
Omnipol, a foreign trade undertaking, remains committed and entitled to the contracts entered into by the foreign trade undertaking as part of the transferred part of the activity before the entry into force of this Order, unless it otherwise agrees with Merkurie on individual cases with the agreement of the other Party.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
