of 21 December 1968

amending Decree No 31 / 1964 Coll. on export procedure

The Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the participating central authorities, provides, pursuant to § 54 of Customs Act No. 36 / 1953 Coll.:

Čl. 1

Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. 31 / 1964 Coll., on export procedure, is amended as follows:

„§ 3

(1) It is for the customs and customs turnover listed in Annex No 1 to decide on applications for export authorisations pursuant to Article 2.

(2) Exports of gifts in kind and other goods for non-commercial purposes may also be authorised by customs and customs diversions operating at border crossing points in the case of foreign nationals residing abroad who do not submit export authorisations for exported goods when leaving the CSSR. "

„§ 10

The goods and goods listed in Annex 2 may be exported without the authorisation otherwise required under this Order. '

(3) Paragraph 12 (1) shall be added (c) of the following text:

"(c) Part III of the Annex to Decree No 7 / 1965 Coll., on the organisational network of customs and their responsibilities."

4. The Annex to Decree No 31 / 1964 Coll. reads as follows:

"Annex No 2."

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
