Fishing methods and conditions and restrictions
§ 4
General principles
(1) Fishing for game of use (both shoot and catch) may be carried out only to the extent that its tribal status is not compromised. For the purpose of this Regulation, the following definitions apply:
(2) With the exception of wild boar, it is prohibited to fish for game subject to hunting planning, the breeding and hunting of which has not been planned in the chase.
(3) The cloven-hoofed animals are allowed to shoot only with a single bullet for the ball. The wild pig may be shot with a single shotgun missile when hunting with a hover, a hover or a coax.
(4) Animal hunting by hunting predators is permitted (Section 14).
(5) Field partridges are allowed only in hunting areas where standard partridges are achieved, tame or semi-bred breeding is introduced, and bred chickens are released into the chase.
(6) The following shall be prohibited:
(a) to fish for game from motor vehicles;
b) shoot animals on nests and shoot nests,
c) shoot animals on cords,
(d) to fish for game in irons and hawks;
(e) to fish for cloven-hoofed game, other than wild boar, hubris, hubris or coercion.
§ 5
Small game blast
(1) The removal of hares, pheasants and ducks and partridges (Section 4 (5)) may be carried out only on common hunts involving at least three shooters. In mountain-hunting or parts thereof, where the rabbit is not standardised and yet occasionally occurs and causes damage to forest cultures, the district national committee may, at the request of the user of the hunt, allow the removal of the hare and the lonely way of hunting. In permanently and perfectly fenced vineyards, gardens, fruit orchards and fruit nurseries a rabbit and rabbit may be hunted throughout the year; fire on these areas, if they are part of the hunt as hunting grounds, can only be carried out by a hunting operator and hunting guard of the hunting user.
(2) Hare may be fished on the same area only once a year; no more than twice a year may be fished on continuous forest areas of a minimum size of 200 ha.
(3) Except for separate and recognised pheasants, the release of pheasants may be carried out on the same area no more than three times a year. The release of pheasants is permitted only in hunts where the breeding of pheasants is tame or semi-parched, the reared chickens are released into the chase and for which at least 100 pheasant animals are allowed in the approved hunting and hunting plan (including catch).
(4) Ducks may also be shot on the move, not earlier than one hour before sunrise and not later than one hour after sunset. At least three shooters shall participate in this shooting together and shall use at least one hunting fit dog. A duck blast is only allowed one day a week, either on Saturday or Sunday.
(5) Shootout by shovelling using the dog is forbidden.
Common Hunts
§ 6
(1) The number of hunts in each chase shall be proportionate to the hunting surface, the actual state of the game and the shooting plan; the number of shooters and hounds involved in each hunt must also be proportionate to the hunting area on which the hunt takes place, the number of treatments and the number of centrifuges (number of shooting animals for each hunt).
(2) In order to ensure the necessary tribal status of game for further breeding, one fifth of the total hunting area shall be left as a chamber of game on which no hunt shall be conducted. This part must be integrated and show the average game restocking to which the hunt takes place. Those restrictions do not apply to the discharge of pheasants in separate and recognised pheasants.
(3) Chases may only be held on Saturdays and working days. In exceptional cases (e.g. for reasons of safety closer to large cities where the hunting activities are attended for recreational purposes), the district national committee may also authorise hunts on a weekday basis. In the hunts in which fee hunting has been arranged for foreigners, in state-reserved hunts and in hunts in which a state organisation exercises the right of hunting for its own account, hunting may also be held on a weekday basis; This applies in the period 1 to 15 January and in the case of hunts in which hares were caught (§ 3 (1)).
§ 7
(1) The Thessaloniki operator is obliged to submit a hunting plan (except for shooting ducks on the move) no later than 1 month before the specified fishing time. Changes in the dates of each hunt must be reported in the same way no later than 5 days in advance.
(2) The hunter or, in his absence, the manager of the hunt shall be required to check whether all the shooters involved have valid hunting tickets, whether the weapons are properly registered and their production numbers are in agreement. If someone finds that his hunting ticket is invalid or the gun or gun number of that weapon does not agree with the entry in the hunting ticket, he shall be obliged to ask him to leave the hunt and to notify the public safety authority of the case. He is also obliged to take care of the proper organisation of the hunt and to draw particular attention to the safety rules when using hunting weapons.
(3) Persons under the age of 18 may participate as shooters only in common school hunting. Persons under 15 years of age may not participate in joint hunting.
(4) For the first three shooters and for every five shooters, one hunting dog must be available for use in each joint hunt.
(5) However, each outlay and the hunt for all caught game must be completed.
(6) No later than the following day after the hunt, the search must be carried out using hunting-fit dogs. In the event of a search, only a hunting gun can be used by a hunting operator and a hunting guard established for the chase in which the search is carried out.
§ 8
Exemptions for certain organisations
Paragraph 5 (2) and (3) and the restrictions in paragraph 4 as regards the number of shooters and the number of hunts, paragraphs 6 (1) and 6 (3) and 7 (1) shall not apply to hunts in which the exercise of hunting rights has been reserved pursuant to § 18 (1) of Act No. 23 / 1962 Coll., to hunts of animal research institutes and hunts of organisations in the field of the Ministry of National Defence.
§ 9
Catch of game over approved fishing plan
The county national committee may allow the hunting users to catch an adequate number of animals on the recommendation of the Czechoslovak Hunting Union district committee, which have exceptionally high game states.
§ 10

(1) The shooting of breeding deer, i.e. promising young deer of the first age class (2 to 4 years) and breeding crown deer of the second age class (5 to 8 years) and III age class (9 years and older), is prohibited. Of the crown deer in the 2nd and 3rd ages, deer with short and weak antlers or with short privileges in the crown are not considered breeding. Of the crown deer in the 3rd age class, deer with one-sided crown are no longer considered breeding. However, if the number of deer with weak antlers and short prerogatives in the third age class exceeds the number of deer with or without a crown, with or without a single crown, in the third age class, the district national committee shall determine by recording in the plan of breeding cloven-hoofed game how many crown deer of over 12 years of age can be shot in the chase.
(2) The Czechoslovak Hunting Union carries out annual breeding shows of trophies. The hunting operator is obliged to submit all trophies of game caught together with the upper and lower jaws to the district committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Association, whose perimeter is situated. For trophies that were allowed to be exported abroad, photographs of the trophy and scoring table are presented to the District Committee of the Czech Hunting Association. In deer areas, only one district committee of the Czechoslovak Hunting Union, appointed by the Bureau of the Central or Slovak Committee of that Union, performs the trophy show.
§ 13
Hunting predators and captives
(1) The Czech Hunting Union shall keep a record of the hawks of the forest, the rednecks of the common, the kestrel of the general and other predators, provided that their use for falconry is permitted (§ 14 (1)), and of the eggs kept in captivity. Breeders of the above-mentioned hunting predators and otters are required to report to the Czech Hunting Union all hunting predators and otters they hold in captivity. The Czech Hunting Union will issue them a record sheet and metal rings; Without such registration sheets and metal rings, breeding of hunting predators and captive puffs is not permitted.
(2) The death or other loss of a hunting predator or captive breeders must be reported to the Czech Hunting Union.
(3) The sale and purchase of hunting predators and breeches can only be carried out through the Czech Hunting Union.
§ 14

Hunting predators are the hawks of the forest, the redneck and the kestrel, or other predators, provided that their use for falconry is authorised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition and the Ministry of Culture on the recommendation of the Czech Hunting Association.
(2) The Czech Hunting Union organises the holders of hunting predators. Holders of hunting predators must be members of a club of falconers established with the approval of the Central Committee of the Czech Hunting Union.
(3) A hunting ticket and a hunting permit shall be required for hunting game predators.
§ 15
In agreement with the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Ministry of Agriculture may allow derogations from the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Decree for a transitional period for certain types of game and for certain areas.
§ 16
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture No 22 / 1965 Coll., on the defence and on the time, manner and conditions of hunting of certain species of game is hereby repealed.
