of 6 January 1953
on paid leave for recovery in 1953.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
The provisions of Act No. 11 / 1952 Coll., on paid leave for recovery in 1952, apply, with the exception of the provisions of Sections 11 (5) and 14, also to the adjustment of paid leave for recovery in 1953 with the following other derogations:
1. Paragraph 6 (1), second sentence, reads: "In doing so, the average weekly earnings of the staff member with variable benefits in the last 6 months prior to the start of the leave and in the case of workers in agriculture, forestry, construction and construction sectors in the last 12 months shall be taken as a basis for calculating the benefits."
2. Paragraph 18 (2) reads as follows: "Allowances of members of the National Security Corps shall be regulated by the Ministry of National Security in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions."
3. The period prior to 31 December 1952 shall be calculated in accordance with the existing rules applicable to such staff for the period prior to 31 December 1952 for the period of leave for construction and construction workers.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; All members of the government will do it.
