Government Regulation
of 30 January 1951
amending the number and scope of the delegation. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
(1) The delegation of industry and trade is hereby established:
(a) the delegation of the industry,
(b) the delegation to trade.
(2) An authority responsible for the construction industry is hereby established.
(3) A food industry delegation is set up.
The delegation of industry shall carry out the tasks of the former entrustment of industry and trade with regard to heavy and light industry tasks other than the production of building materials.
The mandate of the construction industry shall carry out the tasks of the former entrant of technology and assume the tasks of the former entrant of industry and trade in the field of building materials production.
The food industry delegation shall carry out the tasks of the previous food and association industry.
The trade delegation shall perform the other tasks of the industry and trade delegation and of the nutrition delegation.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the various delegates, including in the context of transfers of responsibilities carried out under this Regulation, shall be the responsibility of the participating ministers in agreement with the Minister of the Interior.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
