Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 4 January 1950
on an agreement on the interim arrangements for economic relations between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the People's Republic of Bulgaria, signed in Prague on 25 April 1948.
The Agreement on the provisional treatment of economic relations between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the People's Republic of Bulgaria, signed in Prague on 25 April 1948 and approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 with the agreement of the President of the Republic and ratified by the President of the Republic on 22 December 1948 in the provisional application of Article 1 of Act No 158 / 1923 Coll.
The instruments of ratification were exchanged in Sofia on 14 September 1949 and that date the agreement was reached in accordance with Article 7 of the Agreement.
