on the adjustment of the pay and service conditions of teachers of manual labour (home teaching).
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The regulations governing the pay and service conditions of Lithuanian teachers of public general schools and of civil (civil) schools shall also apply to teachers of manual labour (domestic teaching), established in public schools of general, urban and auxiliary schools.
The provisions of § 2, § 3, § 3, § 3, § 2 and § 8, § 7, paragraphs 1 and 4, § 8, § 1 and § 12 and § 34 of the Law of 24 June 1926, No 104 Coll., on the adaptation of the pay and service conditions of teachers of general and civic schools, as amended by the Decree of 24 August 1939, No 271 Coll., and of the Decree of 12 January 1944, No 16 Coll., where they apply to teachers of manual work (home teaching). However, if these provisions are applicable, they shall remain unaffected if they apply to other teachers.
Teachers of manual labour (homeschool teaching) shall be assessed on 1 July 1946 for the service salary (adjutum, remuneration) of ordinary teachers and urban schools with the same period of service and competence.
This Law shall take effect on 1 July 1946; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
