on the cost indices of age groups of public health insurers for 2017
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, provides pursuant to § 20 paragraph 6 of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll.:
The cost indices of the age groups of insured persons for the distribution of public health insurance premiums for 2017 are set out in the Annex to this decree.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
