amending Decree No 343 / 2014 Coll., on Vehicle Registration
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 91 (2) for the implementation of § 7b (6) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of the operation of vehicles on the road and on the amendment of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., and Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll.:
Section 25 of Decree No 343 / 2014 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, including the title reads as follows:
Form, design and content of registration plate on request
(K § 7b (6) of the Act)
The registration mark signs on request are made in 8 capital letters of the Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals. The registration mark for motorcycles is made in 7 capitals of the Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals. The registration mark on request for mopeds is made in 5 capitals of Latin alphabet and Arabic numerals. In the registration mark on request, letters and figures may be used at any time. '
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
