DECLARATION
of 10 November 2009
repealing certain generally binding Regulations of the National Committees
According to § 14 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended:
The following shall be deleted:
1. The House Regulations approved by the VI. meeting of the National Committee of the City of Brno on 23 September 1977.
2. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Vyškov on the extension of the responsibilities of the building offices of the City of Bučovice, Ivanovice to Hanana, Rousínov, Slavkov u Brna and Vyškov.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
