amending Decree No. 196 / 2001 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., on the remuneration and compensation of notaries and heirs, as amended
According to § 107 of Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (notarial order):
In Section II of the Annex to Decree No. 196 / 2001 Coll., on the remuneration and compensation of notaries and trustees, as amended by Decree No. 42 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 403 / 2005 Coll., the following entry W is added at the end:
"Item W
| Za vydání ověřeného výstupu z informačního systému veřejné správy | 100 Kč.“. |
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
