of 12 November 2003
amending Act No. 516 / 2002 Coll., on granting a State guarantee to the Czech Republic to secure a loan to finance the purchase of railway wagons provided by EUROFIMA
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 516 / 2002 Coll.
Act No. 516 / 2002 Coll., on the granting of a State guarantee to the Czech Republic for the provision of credit to finance the purchase of railway wagons provided by EUROFIMA is amended as follows:
Paragraph 1 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Czech Republic will provide a state guarantee to guarantee a loan to the European Railway Vehicle Financing Company EUROFIMA, which will provide a loan under the credit agreement for ČD public limited company ČD to finance the purchase of passenger railway wagons and electric units series 471 for suburban transport ČKD Vagonka, a. s., Ostrava."
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
